We attempt to treat you as a customer in the same way we would like to be treated ourselves. In case of problems we refer to the Danish web page containing the complete conditions. Basically we reduce our responsibility as much as possible and accept no claims from 3rd parties. Renewal of domain names before expiration is upon sole responsibility of the customer. All sales are final once payment has been made. We honour no claims exceeding payments from the customer related to the service questioned. Non-payments will cause annullment of services if possible. Extreme usage of services including spam will cause immediate termination of contracts.
